The First Step of “Your Best Aging Plan”
Aging Care Assessment

Aging care is an emerging field of medicine designed to help you stay healthy and vibrant—both physically and mentally—as you age. We take a positive approach to aging, supporting each patient in creating the future they envision for themselves. Our unique program, “Your Best Aging Plan,” is built around three core steps: Examination, Prevention, and Care. The first step in this journey is Aging Care Assessment. Unlike standard health checkups that focus only on detecting abnormalities, Aging Care Assessment is designed to pursue optimal health. By identifying signs of aging early and understanding the underlying factors—such as genetics, hormonal shifts, environmental influences, and oxidative stress—we aim to slow the aging process and reduce age-related health risks.
This comprehensive assessment looks at key indicators like vascular condition, lung and bone health, hormonal balance, immune system status, and oxidative stress levels, offering a clear, objective picture of your current biological age.

We offer three levels of Aging Care Assessment tailored to your needs:
・Standard Course: Evaluates the aging status of core physiological functions including the vascular system, lungs, bones, hormones, and immunity.
・Premium Course: Includes all elements of the Standard course, plus specialized blood tests for cellular aging (telomere testing) and early cognitive decline (MCI testing).
・Platinum Course: Our most advanced package, which also includes a cancer RNA test that assesses cancer risk through blood and urine analysis.

Should any risks be detected, we offer a wide range of cutting-edge treatments as part of your personalized “Your Best Aging Plan.” These include regenerative medicine using autologous adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), chelation therapy, high-dose vitamin C infusions, targeted supplements, and hormone replacement therapy—all designed to support healthy aging from the inside out.

Examination Details

As part of our Aging Care Assessment, we assess key indicators of physiological aging through a comprehensive set of evaluations. The Standard Course includes essential tests that measure the biological age of your vascular system, lungs, bones, hormones, immune system, and oxidative stress levels.
The Premium Course adds specialized testing for cellular aging (telomere analysis) and early-stage cognitive decline (MCI testing). The Platinum Course further includes a cancer RNA test, offering advanced screening for early cancer risk.

【Assessment of Age-Related Physiological Changes】

Blood Testing
In addition to standard blood panels, we measure tumor markers and age-sensitive hormones such as growth hormone and adrenal corticosteroids. These results are used to calculate hormonal age and provide a broader view of internal aging processes.
Arterial Stiffness Test (CAVI)
This test evaluates arterial stiffness and blockage throughout the body, helping to determine your vascular age.
Carotid Artery Ultrasound
We examine the thickness of the intima-media layer of the carotid artery—a key vessel linking the heart and brain—to detect plaques and assess vascular aging.
Pulmonary Function Test
Lung capacity, airflow, and airway resistance are measured to calculate your lung age.
Bone Density Scan
Bone mineral content and metabolic activity are evaluated to estimate your bone age.
Free Radical Damage Test
This measures your body’s resistance to oxidative stress and assesses the extent of free radical–related cellular damage.
Immune Function Test (NK Cell Activity)
We analyze natural killer (NK) cell activity in the blood to gauge immune vitality.
Hormonal Balance Assessment
Age-related shifts in hormone levels are carefully analyzed to provide insight into your endocrine system's current state.

【Cellular Aging Assessment】*Premium & Platinum Courses Only
・Telomere Test
Measures the strength and fatigue of telomeres—protective caps at the ends of chromosomes—which serve as key indicators of cellular aging.

【Cognitive Function Assessment】*Premium & Platinum Courses Only
・MCI (Mild Cognitive Impairment) Test
Detects early signs of cognitive decline—even before noticeable symptoms arise—enabling proactive care in the preclinical stage of dementia.

【Cancer Risk Assessment】*Platinum Course Only
・Cancer RNA Test
A highly sensitive screening using a simple urine sample to detect potential cancer-related RNA signatures—often before changes appear on imaging tests.
>>For men: screening includes 8 types (lung, stomach, colon, pancreas, esophagus, bladder, kidney, prostate)
>>For women: screening includes 9 types (ovary, breast, lung, stomach, colon, pancreas, esophagus, bladder, kidney)
This broad-spectrum test offers comprehensive early detection for many of the most common cancers.
